PlantOptix PADO provides an advanced performance analysis in real time for power generating companies and detects root cause of performance deviations and optimize the energy resources
PADO module analyses the performances of all major equipment and its auxiliaries of power generating unit in real-time. The intelligent expert system tracks the parameters affecting the performances and degradation. Based on the analysis and diagnostics, it recommends the optimized set points to the control system which helps to keep the emission parameters within control limits, improved combustion, effective heat exchange, optimized steam consumption for soot blowing and improved heat rate.
